My family loves pork, and because we try to eat less red meat, we eat it often. I am a fan of pork chops–thick or thin–they are all good to me! I love that pork is such a versatile meat–you can make it in a variety of flavors like Italian, Mexican, or Greek to name a few. I’ve collected some of our favorite pork chop recipes like, Herb Pork Chops with Caramelized Shallots, Italian Panko and Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops, and Blackened Pork Chops with a Pineapple – Mango Salsa. My kids love these recipes and so do my husband and I.

  1. I’m about to make this but only have a 3lb pork sirloin roast with plenty of fat. Should I keep everything the same and just reduce the cooking time I’m the crockpot? Or should I go the Dutch oven route? Thank you

    1. Beck & Bulow,

Which recipe are you referring to? The one pictured above or another one of the pork chop recipes included in the round-up?
