How to make Chammeen roast with step by step photos:
1. Clean the prawns by making sure no outer shell is present. Devein each prawn.
2. Heat oil. fry crushed ginger and garlic for few seconds. Add sliced onion and saute till translucent.

3. Add slit chillies and masala powders and fry for few seconds.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy. You will see oil separated from the masalas. At this point add the washed prawns. Mix well till the prawns are well coated.

Measurements used:– 1 cup = 250 ml; 1 tbsp = 15 ml; 1 tsp = 5 ml
